This photo is one of my favorites of the year because I really like this girl's reflection as seen the sky is amazing.

 I think this photo is amazing besides that I love the photos of landscapes, I think this is very good i like the way the clouds are below and the sun above.

 This photo is one of my favorites of 2012 because it is different and that place looks amazing, and you can see what's outside and what's inside.

1. What was the best song of 2012?

 I Won't Give Up by Jason mraz, seriously this song was my favorite in 2012 because I like what he says also that the rhythm that is also very good indeed and I love this song and I'm not tired of hear it.

 2. What was the best movie of 2012?

 in 2012 almost did not see movies, but the few I saw that I liked was that of Ted, In my opinion one of the best comedy films, excerpts from the classic movie very good, especially the bear. Was very funny.

3. What was the most important news story of the year?

The horrific massacre of 26 children and staff at a Connecticut elementary school, along with other mass shootings, was the top news story of 2012

4. Who was the most important person of 2012?
for the U.S. I think the most important person of 2012 was Barack Obama because he was reelected as president.

5. What was the biggest sports OR entertainment story OR sports/entertainment person of 2012 (you should Google what is appropriate for your choice), I leave this one to you to find a photo for.
Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone says the United States Grand Prix at Austin proved to be a bigger success than even he anticipated.
The event attracted more than 250,000 spectators over the three days, and drew rave reviews from drivers, team bosses and the media about the possibilities it has opened up in America.

Finally, I want to know about YOUR holiday.

1. Tell me what is the one thing that happened on your holiday that you will remember? It can be a trip, a family visit, a present, something fun. This holiday was very funny because friends and family came from Mexico and I had a great time and fun because my house has always been rather full and we were visiting family laughing and living with my grandparents and my cousins, my uncles Mexico some friends, and also friends here in Austin. also i was very happy because my boyfriend gave me a set of drums was the best.

2. What are your resolutions for the 2013 year? My goals for 2013 is to learn more English, able to speak, write, understand and read more. because it is still difficult for me, another purpose would be a better person in all aspects, improve my grades, and maybe find a job.

3. What are you looking forward to in 2013? I hope to give my best this year and grow as a person and as a student, and try new things that interest me.

Next class we will be out shooting some quick photos, then we will get back into things. We have lots to review, and at least 3 photo shoots this 6-weeks.  I am looking forward to another fun semester with you all.
