Abandoned Theme Parks

the park that I'd like to visit to take photos is Six Flags New Orleans, I think is a very interesting place to take photos, it's like a horror movie, I think it would come out a very original photos of that place, in that park I sure I could make a zombie movie, because it has some terrifying scenarios and extraordinary alike could take great pictures there.

Unusual places I think would be of interest to photographers
  • Andes mountains
  • masai mara kenya
  • cataratas Victoria(cataracts victoria)
  • hangzhou west lake
  • jaipur pink city
  • mount fuji
  • rovaniemi northern lights
  • castillo de loira francia(castle of lora france)
  • bora bora island
  • prague castle
  • capadocia

Mount fuji

I really liked that place to take pictures because besides it's natural, I think it is very different interesting and fun, I think the photos might be taken there would be great, because this place is beautiful, plus there are some very interesting things to around then I think that could go very good photos in different perspectives, so all would be original.

Tell me what it would take for you to go and take photos at your location. What would you need as far as equipment goes, travel plans, expenses you might encounter and what laws you would have to take into consideration to take photos at your spot.
I would need a camera of course maybe different lenses and different equipment depending on the quality you want in my pictures, money to buy tickets to get to Japan and then something to transport me and being there, time and money for this in that place, I think if you have to make a long trip so I have to take professional photos and have a creative eye to change the perspective of the photos and make them look custom and original.

Great Black and White Photographers part 3:

1.) What first caught your eye while looking at your photographers photos? Is there something in particular about their photos that made you want to choose them? something that made me choose that photographer is taking pictures of the World War II.

I see children holding hands walking in a forest.
I smell I smell the scent of the plants and the trees of the forest
I hear the sound of birds, the movement of the trees and laughing children.
I taste air and nature.
I feel fresh air in the forest.

I see night  through trees of Pittsburgh
I smell the trees and the city
I hear the sound of cars
I taste the wind of the city, I can also taste a coffee.
I feel the air of the city and civilization of the city.

I would like to create posters or blogs so I think it might be easier to show others that I chose the photographer, I think that would be good for everyone to see my thoughts on the photographer.

Africa and Mural Project preview

My reaction to seeing these amazing photos, was that I liked too the work of this photographer, who had the patience to take these photos so wonderful are actually very good.

I chose this as my favorite because since I saw made me surprising, as seen the elephant, his shadow, clouds in the background and dust surrounding the elephant.

The rules of photography that are evident in this photo are simplicity because you can notice how the elephant is the main object, also balance rule is used, it can be noted in the shadow of the elephant and dust that are around him.

Nick Brandt

What kind of camera did he use? Pentax 67ll with only two fixes lenses

What is his reason for taking the photos? while directing “Earth Song”, a music video for Jackson in Tanzania, in 1995 that Brandt fell in love with the animals and land of East Africa.

What is his hope by taking these types of photos?one of his goals being to record a visually poetic last testament to the wild animals and places there before they are gone at the hands of man.

"I’ve always loved animals and as a film maker, I couldn’t find stories meant for adults about animals. Basically, just about every movie with animals is for kids.  And I’m not really interested in making a kid’s film although I love the fact that kids respond to my photos, because they are the future generation. And also, film making is completely frustrating and miserable; not when you’re filming, but when trying to get the money. You wait years and years and years, the best years of your life, the most creative years and the years you have the most energy, just not doing anything".

Part 2

1. What theme that we could take here at school could we do a series of these panels to place around the school? I think the issue that we should use at school to take those pictures is fun as interacting students anywhere in the school, can be just as it fun.
2. Should we use phones only, or should we open it up to our regular cameras for those people that don't have camera phones? I guess it's okay to use both, but prefer to use cameras.
3. Where would you want to put the mural on campus?I think there must be several murals in different parts. would be fine some in AHA academy.

Academic Shoot preview

"The Story"

In my opinion this is the one that has the best story because it looks like everyone is holding hands, concentrates and head down, when you see this picture you can think of many stories related to it.

"Action and Emotion"

This photo is one that I think has better action and emotion, because we can see on the face of the girls, as they are caught in the moment that made this experiment besides that photo was taken at precisely the time the experiment made the reaction, that did give more action and emotion to the photo.

 "Filling the frame"

In my opinion the most interesting is this picture because you can see how these guys are helping the homeless, they are feeding them then I think it's very interesting what the photographer did because it makes us imagine that moment they are living with homeless people and see his face with joy that they will be fed.

My favorite photo from the Academics & Community Service section.
In this picture may notice as this guy is mixing different substances in one hand is a bottle with a green substance on the other hand has a blue color, which is putting in another jar different when these two substances come together the color changes to purple in the bottle as the center, this carefully doing that experiment.
I chose this photo because I like the way it is taken and this highlighting the back of the center and you can see the blurred background.
Photography rules that are evident in this photo are simplicity, balance and Avoiding Mergers.

 1. Where do you think you could take photos like the ones you look at today? I think I can take photos at the academy of social services
 2. Whose classroom would you like to visit and take photos in? I would like to take photos in the art rooms or where there is a sport, I think it would be a good place.
3. What will you do, as the photographer, to get amazing photos like you look at today? to get good pictures will try to follow the rules of photography and take the examples of the photos in the works.

Avoiding Mergers

In this photo we can see how this all focused on these people and their expressions, the background is not appealing then everything is focused on them then no merges.
